15th of March International BAPR project workshop “The role of plants in the soil pollution mitigation”

All interested in the properties of plants and their application in reducing soil pollution we inviting to participate in the international online workshop “The role of plants in the soil pollution mitigation”, organised by Klaipeda University in cooperation with the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry.

During the workshop you will learn about plant species that helps to restore the primary properties of the soil, immobilisation of heavy metals in plants, edible plants used in phytoremediation, whether it is possible to combat climate change through phytoremediation. Presentations will be given by scientists from Lithuania, Sweden and Portugal.

The workshop will be organized via Zoom platform.  Please, make sure you will be connected to Zoom with full name and surname.
