The first event, workshop #1: Mentoring Matters: An Introduction to Mentoring for Mentees, will take place online, featuring Eimear Fitzpatrick, HR Business Partner for Research at Sout East technological University (Ireland), as the guest speaker. Eimear Fitzpatrick will guide attendees through essential mentoring skills, providing insights into how mentees can build effective mentoring relationships, and explore practical tools to maximize the benefits of mentoring.
