Automatically:
- Once the administrator has added you as a member of the shared mailbox, close and restart Outlook.
- The shared mailbox will automatically appear in the Outlook folder pane. (Figure 1)

Manually:
- Open Outlook.
- On the ribbon, select File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select the Email tab, choose your account, and click Change.
- Select More Settings > Advanced > Add.
- Enter the shared email address (e.g., info@ku.lt) and click OK.
- Click Next > Finish > Close.
