How to create a meeting in the Teams app
- Select "Calendar" and set the date and time:
- Open the Teams app.
- On the left, click the "Calendar" button.
- Choose the date and time you want for the meeting or click the "New meeting" button to start creating a meeting.

- Enter the meeting information:
- Choose a meeting title.
- Enter the attendees you want to invite.
- Select the meeting date and time (if you chose a date and time from the calendar, this information will automatically fill in).
- Click the "Send" button to send the invitations to the attendees.

Note: Once you create a meeting in Teams, all participants will receive invitations and can join directly from the calendar.
