Scheduling a Meeting via Teams

How to create a meeting in the Teams app

  1. Select "Calendar" and set the date and time:
    • Open the Teams app.
    • On the left, click the "Calendar" button.
    • Choose the date and time you want for the meeting or click the "New meeting" button to start creating a meeting.

  1. Enter the meeting information:
    • Choose a meeting title.
    • Enter the attendees you want to invite.
    • Select the meeting date and time (if you chose a date and time from the calendar, this information will automatically fill in).
    • Click the "Send" button to send the invitations to the attendees.

Note: Once you create a meeting in Teams, all participants will receive invitations and can join directly from the calendar.
