Confirming attendance at the meeting
- In the invitation email you received, you can confirm whether you will attend the meeting by selecting "Accept" (see Figure 1).
- Once confirmed, the meeting will be automatically added to your Outlook calendar, which will remind you of the meeting.

Joining via the link in the email
- Open the invitation email and click "Join the meeting now" (see Figure 2).

- Choose whether you want to join via your browser or using the Teams app. If using a browser, click "Continue on this browser" (see Figure 3).

- Confirm microphone access when the relevant prompt appears (see Figure 4).

- Before finalizing the connection, perform the following steps (see Figure 5):
- Enter your name or sign in to your account.
- Choose your audio source.
- Mute the microphone or choose not to use sound.
- Turn your camera on or off.
- Click "Join now".

Joining via the Teams app
- In the invitation email, click "Join with the Teams app" (see Figure 6).

- Choose "Open" when prompted (see Figure 7).

- If not already signed in, enter your name and sign in to your account. Configure your settings and click "Join now" (see Figure 8).
